Conditions of Boarding
Current vaccination certificate must be produced at time of boarding your pets.If boosters ar required they must be done two weeks prior to boarding. We reserve the right to refuse admission if your pet does not comply with this requirement.
Vaccinations required DOGS C5 minimum. CATS F 3 minimum.
We are open daily between 8:00 and 5:00 including Public Holidays. Closed on Christmas day and Good Friday. No pets will be admitted or picked-up on these days
During holiday periods you will be charged for the days you nominate., so book carefully. No refunds will be given for early returns.
Deposit for school holidays are non refundable should you cancel your booking. A minimum of seven days boarding is applicable for school holidays and five days for Easter, except where Easter fall within school holidays, then there is a seven day minimum.
Boarding fees are calculated as follows: You will be charged for the day your pet is left for boarding regardless of the time of drop-off. Providing your pet is collected before 10:00 am you will not be charged for that day |
