Do you have a minimum stay during peak periods?
Yes, for Easter bookings there is a 5 day minimum for boarding and for Christmas and New Years (Dec 15th – Jan 20) there is a 10 day minimum for boarding for both Dogs and Cats
What is the daily charge to board my pet?

How are boarding charges calculated?
Daily charges are calculated as follows.
Our charges are for per Pet / Per Day ( regardless of what time your Pet arrives or departs )
What happens if i need to extend or reduce my pets stay while i am away?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to collect your pet earlier or later then there originally departure date. There are check out procedures before departure and we need to plan this accordingly.
In off peak periods you will only be charged for days used, however in peak periods you will be charged for days originally booked if you need to reduce your pets stay. At any stage throughout the year, we are certainly able to extend your pets stay assuming we have the availability
What are your business hours?
We are open 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, and we are open from 8:30am to 3:00pm on Saturday.
We are closed on ALL Public Holidays and some selected dates throughout the year
We are open on Sundays between the hours of 4pm and 5pm for collection of your pet and drop offs.
Our popular Pet Taxi Service does not operate on weekends
Do you require a deposit?
A booking fee is required for ALL bookings including Easter, Christmas, New Years and during the School Holidays

Will my dog be warm?
Yes all our kennels are indoors, and insulated, they provide a comfortable environment for your pet warm in winter and cool in summer
My dog is spoilt, will it be lonely?
No. Your pet will get plenty of interaction with other dogs and kennel staff who routinely monitor your pet throughout the day.
We also have luxury suites and a Private Villa complete with TV, Foxtel, couches and furnishings for those pets who live and breathe the luxury lifestyle – please feel free to ask one of our staff for a quote.
My dog is a fussy eater, what do you feed them?
- Royal Canin or lifewise Premium Dry Food in the morning and night or as directed by the Pets’ owner
We can also cater to the fussiest of eaters with many different foods and flavours to ensure their health and well being is being kept at our high standards. (Additional charges may apply)
Are the pens big enough?
Yes all our pens are legally big enough for two dogs to stay in, and we have many large exercise yards too.
My dog is very friendly, can it board with a friend?
We can only mix two dogs if the owners consent and the two dogs are compatible. Under no circumstances will more than two dogs be boarded together because of Victorian State Government boarding regulations.
What vaccinations will my dog require?
We require a C5 vaccination, which covers Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo Virus and Canine Cough. The vaccination must be current within the last 12 months.
Will my cat be on its own? I have seen catteries where 10-15 cats share a common pen.
Yes, if you have one cat. Cats from different households are never mixed, however two cats from the same family can share the same penif compatable to do so .
What do you feed cats?
For cats we have quality brand named tinned foods and Royal Canin or lifewise premium quality dry food.
For the really fussy eaters, we have many varieties of food available (Additional charges may apply)
What vaccinations should my cat have?
F3 or F4. Your vet will advise you on levels of vaccinations.
Can my dog be trained while boarding?
Will my dog obey me when it comes home?
Yes. During the stay, we will train your dog thoroughly, and during the hand-over lesson we make sure you know how to control the dog.
My dog has been trained, can he have Refresher Training during boarding.
I have been trying to train my dog with no success, can you help?
I will be leaving for my holiday early in the morning, how can I get my pet to the Kennel?
Easy. Our popular pickup and delivery service will solve the problem. This service is available Monday to Friday 6:00-8:00am. We are always on time.
What happens if my pet gets sick during the stay?
We prefer to use your vet, but if distance or time becomes an issue we have access to several 24 hour vets close by should an emergency arise.
Dog i need to bring my pets food and bedding along?
As we have a large variety of options to feed your pet there is no need to send food along. We always try to feed your pet something similar to what you feed them at home, to avoid any tummy upsets.
If your pet has sensitivities, allergies or is a fussy eater you are welcome to bring their own food along. Own food must be individually portioned for each meal and clearly labelled with your pet’s name. If your pets own food requires preparation by our staff there will be a small charge for this service
Bedding is not required as we supply, launder and clean all bedding everyday
